  3. We return your bat securely packaged.

You will receive instructions and estimated turnaround once we receive your bat.

4. How long will my bat repair take?

  1. Standard repairs: approximately 5-10 working days after receipt.
  2. Full refurbishment: approximately 10-14 working days.

5. Can you guarantee that a repaired bat will never break?

No. Cricket bats are made from natural willow and will always carry some risk of breakage. Repairs aim to extend life and restore performance, but we cannot guarantee the bat will not fail under use.

7. What if I change my mind or want to return?

For non-custom goods (DIY kits, accessories), you have up to 14 days to notify us of cancellation after receipt, and another 14 days to return the item in unused condition. Custom repair services cannot be cancelled once started. See our Returns Policy for full details.

8. What if the item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under UK law. For bat repair services, if the service fails to deliver as promised, you may request redress under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
