  • A repaired bat may still break during normal cricket play.
  • We cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes.

If we believe a bat is unsafe or unsuitable for repair, we may refuse the service.

Repairs and refurbishments already started cannot be cancelled unless we agree otherwise.
